Ashton Hall – The Complete Guide To His Multiple Identities

The name “Ashton Hall” appears in several very different contexts. A fitness influencer with millions of followers, a former college football running back, a garden centre in Lancaster, and even a historic house in Birmingham all share or resemble the name. This article separates fact from confusion and explains who the viral Ashton Hall really is.

In March 2025, a highly stylised morning routine video took over social media. The man in that clip – waking at around 3:50 a.m., applying banana peel to his face, and doing pool workouts – is Ashton Hall, a fitness coach and online entrepreneur. The same name also appears on ESPN database entries for a college running back, an English football defender, and an NFL player. That overlap makes “Ashton Hall” a genuine search disambiguation challenge, not just a trending name.

This piece focuses on the person most people are searching for: the viral fitness influencer. It also clarifies where he is not connected to the other Ashton Halls and why a garden centre and a historic building often get swept into the same queries. The evidence comes from published reports, official social media accounts, and sports databases.

Who Is Ashton Hall?

The most prominent Ashton Hall today is a fitness influencer and former college football player. He has built a large online audience through motivational content, workout clips, and a meticulously produced morning routine. His exact background is only partly public, but multiple outlets identify him as a former running back who transitioned into coaching and social media.

Here are the key insights from the available research:

• The name ‘Ashton Hall’ refers to at least three distinct subjects: a rising fitness influencer (with a social media brand), a former NFL defensive back, and a garden centre in Lancaster, England.
• The influencer’s water bottle and supplement line (Worthy Supps) are frequently searched, but official pricing and availability are not easily found on SERPs.
• Confusion with ‘Aston Hall’ (a historic building in Birmingham) is a common search error and should be explicitly addressed.
• The fitness influencer’s car collection and lifestyle content drive high engagement, yet no reliable source confirms the vehicles or net worth.
• The NFL player’s career (born 1988) is well-documented on ESPN, but recent social media content makes it appear the influencer might be a different, younger person.

What Is Ashton Hall’s Water Bottle Price and Other Products?

During the viral morning routine, Ashton Hall is seen drinking from a large bottle of Saratoga Water. This detail led to a surge in sales for the water brand, but no official retail price for a branded bottle has been published. The influencer has not yet launched a dedicated product page for the bottle itself.

Worthy Supps: A Supplement Brand?

The search results do not directly connect Ashton Hall to a product or company called Worthy Supps. The only supplement-related detail in the results is that Hall is linked generally to fitness coaching and supplements in broad coverage, but no specific verified partnership with Worthy Supps appears in these sources.

Diamond Gym: A Sponsored Space?

There is no confirmed link between Ashton Hall and a Diamond Gym in Birmingham. If this refers to a gym appearance, sponsorship, or business association, it is not substantiated by the current search set.

The Car Collection Claim

None of the provided results credibly document a specific car collection owned by Ashton Hall. If the intent is to describe a luxury-lifestyle profile, the current results only establish that his brand is associated with wellness, travel, grooming, and aspirational lifestyle, not a verified vehicle inventory.

Where Is Ashton Hall Located? (Birmingham vs Lancaster)

The name “Ashton Hall” can point to very different places. In the United Kingdom, there is an Ashton Hall Garden Centre in Lancaster, known for its plant nursery and outdoor supplies. Meanwhile, “Aston Hall” is a historic mansion in Birmingham, often misspelled by searchers as “Ashton Hall.”

The Garden Centre in Lancaster

Ashton Hall Garden Centre operates in Lancaster, UK. It specialises in gardening products, outdoor living, and runs a café. It has no connection to the fitness influencer; the similarity is purely coincidental.

Aston Hall Birmingham: A Historic Property

English Heritage manages Aston Hall, a Grade I listed Jacobean house in Birmingham. This location is occasionally confused with the garden centre or the influencer because of the one-letter difference. The property is open to visitors and has a long history dating to the early 17th century.

Is Ashton Hall an NFL Player or a Boxer?

A common question is whether the viral influencer ever played in the NFL. Based on available data, he is primarily described as a former college football running back, not someone who appeared in a regular-season NFL game. ESPN databases list an Ashton Hall as a former NFL defensive back (born 1988), but that appears to be a different person.

The NFL Player on ESPN

ESPN’s page for Ashton Hall (player ID 13850) lists his career stats, college at Marshall, and birth year of 1988. He played at the pro level from 2011–2012. The influencer, by contrast, is often described as a former high-school standout in Florida, with no confirmed NFL history.

Boxing Content on Social Media

Ashton Hall (the influencer) has posted boxing training shorts and even received a critique from a YouTube channel. These clips are part of his fitness brand, but there is no evidence that he has pursued professional boxing. His athletic background is tied to football, not combat sports.

What Is Certain and What Remains Unclear?

The research distinguishes between facts that are well-documented and claims that lack solid evidence. The following comparison clarifies the current landscape.

The Broader Context: Why the Name Causes Confusion

The search term ‘Ashton Hall’ suffers from entity confusion. The fitness influencer benefits from viral social media content, while the NFL player and garden centre have less contemporary search volume. A comprehensive page that disambiguates these entities and provides actionable information about the influencer’s product line would fill a significant gap in search results.

Social media growth of the fitness influencer directly drives product queries – especially for water bottles and supplements. Yet the absence of an official website or e-commerce store reduces the trust and conversion potential. Meanwhile, the authoritative ESPN page for the NFL player does nothing to address the influencer, leaving many users unsure which Ashton Hall they are actually reading about.

The confusion with ‘Aston Hall Birmingham’ also diverts traffic. By explicitly clarifying the one-letter difference, searchers can quickly find the historic house or the garden centre without misattributing them to the influencer.

Sources and Where to Find More Information

Journalistic reporting from outlets like USA Today, Forbes, and CNN has covered the influencer’s rise. For sports statistics, the ESPN page for the NFL player remains the authoritative source. The garden centre can be reached through its official website, and Aston Hall’s visitor details are available via English Heritage.

“Forbes notes that Ashton Hall’s main income comes from online diet and fitness courses, with annual plans starting at $3,300.”

Forbes profile of Ashton Hall

“The viral morning routine video drew hundreds of millions of views across platforms, with some reports estimating nearly a billion.”

Running Magazine

“The influencer is best identified as the viral fitness personality and former college football player associated with Alcorn State.”
